MEET ELINE
Certified Health & Fitness Coach for Perimenopausal Women
Empowering Women to Take Control of Their Health & Wellness
My coaching looks at the bigger picture – how different parts of your life affect your health and well-being. This isn’t about counting calories, cutting out food groups, or following a rigid diet plan. You’ve probably tried those before. How well did they really work?
Instead, we focus on nourishing your body with real, whole foods, building mindful habits, and setting realistic goals that fit your life – not someone else’s idea of health.
As women, especially during perimenopause and menopause, we face a unique set of challenges: sudden shifts in energy, mood, weight, sleep, and confidence. The stress of trying to manage it all – work, family, changing hormones – can feel overwhelming. That’s why support matters more than ever.
As your Health Coach, I’m here to help you feel more in control, more balanced, and more like yourself again. Whether your goals are better sleep, fewer cravings, more energy, or reaching a healthy weight – we’ll work on it together.
I meet you where you are, listen without judgement, and walk beside you as your accountability partner – because lasting change is so much easier when you’re supported, seen, and understood.
As we work together, you will:
Develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you.
Implement small, manageable and, most importantly, lasting changes to improve your energy and overall health.
Create balance in all areas of your life.
Is this something you would want for yourself? I would love to meet you, listen to your story and guide you in setting your health and wellness goals.
With Love,
Eline
“I lost 8kg in 5 months and feel more empowered than ever. Every session was inspiring, and Eline’s encouragement between sessions kept me going. I still use the handouts and recipes!”

My story
Nine years ago, I was diagnosed with IBS and Rosacea, constantly battling sugar cravings, fatigue, and bloating – despite thinking I was "healthy." I began to question why only my symptoms were being treated and not the root cause. This curiosity led me to study holistic health and nutrition, where I uncovered how food industry interests often obscure the truth about what really makes us unwell.
I committed to a healing journey: daily movement, a mostly plant-based, whole-food diet, and eliminating refined sugar and processed foods. The changes were transformative – my skin cleared, energy returned, mood lifted, and I haven’t been ill since.
I realised how deeply our bodies, emotions, and thoughts are connected. This insight shapes my work today as a Health and Nutrition Coach. I support clients in identifying what’s out of balance, setting meaningful goals, and making lasting lifestyle shifts. True health is absolutely within reach – with the right support, guidance, and care.
My journey here
My passion for health and nutrition led me to study at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), a world-renowned school in holistic health and coaching. Their comprehensive program gave me a deep understanding of integrative nutrition, lifestyle management, and innovative coaching methods, all of which I now draw on to support my clients in transforming their well-being.
The curriculum was truly inspiring, with guest lectures from experts like Dr. Andrew Weil, Gabrielle Bernstein, and Dr. Mark Hyman. I explored over 100 dietary theories and gained practical tools for both individual and group coaching, with a strong focus on prevention and sustainable health.
One of the most rewarding aspects was joining a global network of like-minded peers and working with my own health coach. This experience highlighted the power of community and accountability – key elements I now weave into my work with clients.
“From our very first session, I felt safe, supported, and inspired. Eline helped me shift my mindset, improve my habits, and set up a workout routine I still follow two years later. I’m truly grateful—she’s transformed my life.”
