Expect a Full Body Burn! This class will give you the results you are looking for and you will guaranteed finish strong and proud of yourself!

60 minutes of combining strength and cardio exercises, with elements of Barre you (and your body) will love.

Never before have we needed movement and community more…..Every week we gather for classes outside, in a UNIQUE tropical setting, challenging our minds and bodies.

Come and soak in the group energy which will help you carry through to the very end of class! Completing a workout has never felt so glorious.

OUTDOOR STRETCH AND TONE

This popular low impact, low intensity mat class, will help you to release tension, stress and increase flexibility which will help you glide through your everyday activities

Through a series of toning and stretching exercises, with elements of barre, pilates and yoga you will develop breathing techniques to compliment this resistance training workout.

Stretch and tone is easy to follow and is suitable for everyone at every level.

By design, Barre classes isolate, sculpt and strengthen every major muscle group in the body through small, low impact, targeted movements inspired by classical ballet technique, yoga, pilates and strength training.
